My client is the leading provider of mobile and remote surveillance services across the U.S. They have become the trusted partner for surveillance-as-a-service in major markets. We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) - Enterprise Sales which will be responsible for executing both a “land and expand” sales strategy, and new account penetration. This role involves performing proper discovery and qualification needs analysis, while educating prospects and customers on the company’s value proposition. Demonstrations of the company’s software, leveraging the company’s tools to create customer account plans and teaming with our sales divisions to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas established by the company.
- Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy to identify, engage, and win new business opportunities in the fixed surveillance market.
- Utilize value-based, solution-oriented sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Value Selling, Solution Selling).
- Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring all opportunities are effectively tracked and advanced.
- Establish and nurture relationships with target accounts at all organizational levels, conducting on-site visits and solution-based presentations.
- Articulate the company’s value proposition, delivering technical solutions that support clients in enhancing security, efficiency, and compliance.
- Leverage LinkedIn and other intelligence tools for effective prospecting and outreach.
- Negotiate and close sales and service agreements, securing profitable and long-term client relationships.
- Stay informed about the company’s fixed surveillance solutions and the broader market to represent the company with credibility and professionalism.
- Collaborate with regional territory representatives, customer success, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to create account plans and ensure their execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience selling complex, multi-year deals in companies with $250M+ ARR.
- Experience selling to VP and C-Suite executives.
- Demonstrated track record of sales success and quota achievement.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Proficient in applying BANT methodology for qualifying and prioritizing sales leads.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver tailored presentations.
- Skilled in Salesforce CRM (preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Working Conditions
This is a remote, high-energy outside sales role that involves frequent travel to customer and prospect locations. Base salary of $95,000 with OTE of $190,000
