Position Overview: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you will play a crucial role in driving their growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and helping to expand our market presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to launch or advance their career in sales development within the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send emails, and utilize social media to engage prospects and introduce them to their offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
  • Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate their value proposition.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system, providing regular updates on lead status and progress.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn about IT solutions.
What They Offer:
  • Competitive salary and commission structure…$55,000 - $60,000 Base salary plus a variable…first year $75,000 - $80,000 OTE
