We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading our sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and developing and nurturing client relationships. Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their promotional needs and delivering customized solutions to meet their objectives.
Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, including prospecting strategies, client retention initiatives, and market expansion efforts.
Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings. Share this knowledge with the team to improve our product portfolio and stay ahead of the competition.
Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues promptly and effectively. Strive to exceed customer expectations in all interactions.
Sales Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the sales processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership and management roles, with at least 5 years of experience as an Inside Sales Manager.
Strong understanding of the promotional products industry and marketing concepts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Base salary will be $65,000 per year plus bonuses, Realistic first year is $90,000.
