Responsibilities:
- Assist the property manager with the administration of leases, tenant correspondence, rent collection, and other property-related documents
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property maintenance, inspections, and tenant communications
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of property maintenance and repairs
- Assist with the development and implementation of property management policies and procedures
- Support the property manager in ensuring that the property complies with all local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Please note we are looking for someone entry-level, maybe right out of college. This position will involve everything from administrative duties, data-entry, accounts payable and receivables...typical office work.
