Opportunity Overview
Your main responsibility will be to sell memberships to busy singles over the phone. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to build rapport and discuss the potential client’s needs, then explain how our dating membership will benefit them. We have a comprehensive training program that will cover all of this and can transform you into Dating Sales Specialist!
Please note this is not a call center position and you will be calling upon warm leads…NO COLD CALLING
Ideal Candidate
To be the ideal candidate we need someone that is passionate about helping others Someone that is money motivated Someone that loves sales Someone that has at least 2 years of phone sales experience Someone that does not shy away from objections and knows how to close
Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years of recent sales experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience making outbound calls
Strong closing skills
Good computer skills

Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
Realistic first year is $60,000 - $80,000
