Project Coordinator - Construction Admin

Are you a driven and motivated individual that is highly detailed and loves to see a project through from start to finish!!!

Do you have construction administrative experience?

If so, we have a great position for you!!!

The Project Coordinator will be responsible doing all the paperwork to get permits, set up and schedule sub-contractors, work with our in house scheduling staff to get job scheduled and close out the job after completion.
 
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years’ experience working with permits and scheduling staff
At least 2-3 years’ experience in the construction industry
Strong computer skills
Detail oriented and ability to juggle multiple projects

$38,000 salary 

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
