They specialized in Cross-Connection Control Services for Public Water Systems, Medical Gases Piping Schematics in Hospitals, Or Potable And Process Fluids Mapping In Industrial Facilities.

We are looking for an Entry-Level (0-2 years of sales experience) Sales Development Reps (SDR).

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who knows how to build relationships to help us expand our reach in the markets we serve. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and customer success to generate new business opportunities and convert customers. This is a fast-paced and demanding role with high visibility within the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Overview: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s sales efforts and expanding their customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to facilitate successful conversions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Develop target lists of potential customers.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop a pipeline of leads to nurture.
  • Manage leads in pipeline by setting appointments, following-up on leads, and tracking progress toward conversion targets.
  • Coordinate meetings with Account Executives
  • Adjust messaging and/or tactics based upon conversion rates or feedback from Account Executives and leadership.
  • Conduct and track all business activities in Salesforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential leads through various channels including online research, LinkedIn.
  2. Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with leads through personalized emails, calls, and social media outreach to introduce the company's products and services.
  3. Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to assess their needs, challenges, and potential fit for the company's solutions.
  4. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progression through the sales pipeline using CRM software.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and facilitate smooth transition to the sales process.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback, participate in training programs, and stay updated on product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 base salary plus commissions (OTE - $65,000 - $75,000)
